House Prices in Our Neighborhood

you should look at boston...640 for 225K is impossible...more like 325K...

I'll answer your question,Mark. In the Shoreline area a 2-bd, 2-bth apartment, approx 900 sq ft, runs around $1100 - $1300 per month.
